Getting Started with the Shino App: Features and Capabilities

Discover the full potential of the Shino app with this guide to its key features and functionalities.

Login

Log in securely using your phone number. An OTP will be sent to authenticate your account, ensuring your information remains safe.

Location Selection

After logging in, you’ll be prompted to select your location to ensure accurate delivery.

Note: Shino services are currently available exclusively in the Ambattur area (600053). Stay tuned as we expand to new locations soon!
 

Dashboard Overview

Navigate the app effortlessly with the dashboard—your hub for all features, including orders, payments, and account settings.

Profile Access

Tap the Profile Image in the top-right corner to view these options:

• My Account
• Current Orders
• Payments
• Order History

My Account

• Access the following:
  • Manage Address: Add and save delivery locations (Home, Office, or Other).
  • Settings: Update app preferences or deactivate your account.

Current Orders

Track your ongoing orders in real-time under Current Orders. Stay updated on the status of your deliveries.

Payments

Check your wallet balance, view payment options, and manage your transactions through the Payments section.

Order History

Review all your past orders in the Order History tab for easy reference and reordering.
