We understand that you may need to take a break from Shino. If you decide to deactivate your account, here’s how you can do it easily:

Step-by-Step Guide

1. Access Settings

   • Open the Shino app and tap on your Profile Image in the top-right corner.

   • Navigate to the Settings option under My Account.

2. Locate the Deactivate Account Option

   • Scroll down in the Settings menu to find the Deactivate Account button.

3. Verify Your Decision

   • Tap the Deactivate Account button.

   • An OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your registered email ID / Phone Number.

4. Enter the OTP

   • Check your email/phone for the OTP.

   • Enter the OTP in the app to confirm the deactivation of your account.

Important Notes

• Once deactivated, your account will no longer be accessible.

• You can always reactivate your account by signing up again with the same credentials.
